We kept it light this morning (I started at 95 pounds and finished at 125), and focused on technique -- changing directions and exploding up with speed, and keeping our bodyweight back and on our heels.

The kettlebell movements flew by, and my first round of handstand push-ups felt fine, but by the middle of the second round of HSPUs, I ran out of gas. It was a struggle to string more than three handstand push-ups together at a time, and my final HSPU rep took almost half a minute to complete.
