Monday's Workout
I'm all kinds of terrible at power cleans. I wish I could make them look as easy as this:
Sadly, I look more like this:
As for today's metcon session, I wasn't thrilled to see rowing on the menu again.
For time:
500-meter row
30 burpees
10 shoulder-to-overhead barbell lifts
Result: 6:23
