Weighted Ring Dips: 3 sets of 5, followed by 3 sets of 3. I like these a lot (because I can actually do them!).

In this video, Chris Spealler killed this workout in 2:41. I took more than twice as much time to finish (5:33) and for the deadlifts, I used a significantly lighter weight (205 pounds). I guess this just means I have a lot of room for improvement.
