My latest post-workout concoction:
4 ounces of skim milk
3/4 cup of ice
1 tablespoon of smooth peanut butter
1/2 banana (fresh or frozen)
1 scoop chocolate-flavored protein powder (I use CytoSport's Muscle Milk "Protein Plus" Chocolate Shake powder)
Blend it all up. I think it's tasty (and so does my toddler, who demands a sip every morning).
325 calories / 10g fat / 27g carbs / 35g protein
