Monday's Workout

Overhead squats (5-3-3-2-2-2-2) and then another metcon featuring nothin' but sevens:

7 rounds for time:
  • 7 power snatches (95lbs/65lbs)
  • 7 box jumps (20")

Result: 7:31. And very, very sore legs.
