- 12 pull-ups
- 400-meter run
- 16 sandbag ground-to-shoulders (8 per side)
- 24 lateral sandbag jumps
- 240-meter sandbag carry
"No," I wheezed. "What?"
"Extra round," was the reply. Tim had added a fourth round while I wasn't looking. Well, I guess we're supposed to be prepared for the "unknown and unknowable," right?
Turns out the "unknown and unknowable" is just another way of saying "exhaustion and a good, swift kick in the crotch."
Result: 24:46 as RXed. One of these days, I'll learn how to properly carry a sandbag while running.
