- 5 power cleans (145 lbs / 100 lbs)
- 10 toes-to-bar
- 15 wallball shots (20 lbs - 10 ft / 14 lbs - 9 ft)
And here's 11.6 -- a 7-minute ladder of:
- 3 thrusters (100 lbs / 65 lbs)
- 3 chest-to-bar pull-ups
- 6 thrusters (100 lbs / 65 lbs)
- 6 chest-to-bar pull-ups
- 9 thrusters (100 lbs / 65 lbs)
- 9 chest-to-bar pull-ups
- 12 thrusters (100 lbs / 65 lbs)
- 12 chest-to-bar pull-ups
- 15 thrusters (100 lbs / 65 lbs)
- 15 chest-to-bar pull-ups
- ...and so on until time runs out.
Both look painful, but 11.6 looks like one helluva Super-Fran on steroids, doesn't it?
