Two things I can't stop doing: (1) Eating macadamia nuts, and (2) tinkering with my ever-expanding Paleo guide.

The latest tweak: Chapters! By organizing and breaking it down into more digestible chunks, I'm hoping to increase the chances of someone actually making it to the end of my diatribe.
