- 30 kettlebell transfer swings (53 pounds)
- 15 CrossFit Games standard push-ups
Nothing too weird today. The kettlebell transfers were straightforward enough, and so were the Games push-ups (though we hadn't done 'em since the flower shop days). And although I don't like rowing (to put it mildly), we only had to hop on the erg once.
Nonetheless: Rowing + kettlebell swings = Hamstring misery.
