The Krispy Kreme Challenge

The Workout:
  • Eat 12 Krispy Kreme donuts, and
  • Immediately run 2 miles.
The Challenge: Not vomiting afterwards.



I'm by no means a calories-in, calories-out kind of guy, but in case you're counting, running two miles burns roughly 200 calories. A dozen Krispy Kreme donuts? 2400 calories.
