Monday's Workout

Woke up with tons of energy today, but that doesn't mean I'm going to skip a perfectly good excuse to guzzle coffee. After slurping it down, I headed off for the usual Monday morning fun and games.

Strength Skill:
Still ugly, but less so than before!


AMAP (As Many As Possible) in 10 minutes:
  • 10 front squats (no rack, sadly)
  • Max rep push-ups
