I'm still sore from slogging through
Whitten on Friday, but it still felt good to get back in the gym this morning. After all the holiday festivities (plus our three-year-old's birthday party) this weekend, I needed to work off the rust.

I'm jerking above my bodyweight, but it sure ain't pretty.

- Run 400 meters
- 15 pull-ups
- 50 squats
- 15 pull-ups
Looks easy enough. I'm a fan of bodyweight-oriented WODs. And frankly, in the aftermath of Friday's metcon, this wasn't bad at all.
