Saturday's Workout


Because I'm a masochist, I decided to cobble together a pre-lunch metcon workout and get sweaty in my garage.

For time:
  • 25 Pull-ups
  • 25 Plyo Box Jumps
  • 25 Push-ups
  • 25 Deadlifts (135-pound barbell)
  • 20 Pull-ups
  • 20 Plyo Box Jumps
  • 20 Push-Ups
  • 20 Deadlifts (135-pound barbell)
  • 15 Pull-ups
  • 15 Plyo Box Jumps
  • 15 Push-Ups
  • 15 Deadlifts (135-pound barbell)
Result: 13:47, and flat on my back.
