Sunday's Workout

  • 70 one-handed kettlebell swings
  • Row 500 meters
  • 70 one-handed kettlebell swings
I rested briefly in between, but my actual time spent exercising totaled less than 7 minutes. Who needs an hour of cardio when you can get all the benefits from a short, intense set of intervals?
