Wednesday's Workout
Strength Skill:
Front Squats. My short-term goal is to get to about 1.5X my bodyweight, but I maxed out at about 1.35X.
Metcon:
8 rounds for time:
110 meter sprint
8 kettlebell swings (53 lb. kettlebell)
5 pull-ups
Result: 10:31
