Friday's Workout

Strength Skill:
  • Weighted Ring Dips
I was able to do 'em wearing a 45-pound weight vest -- next week, my goal is to get up to 60.


5 rounds for time:
  • 500 meter row
  • 400 meter run
It took me a whopping 23 minutes and 17 seconds to finish all five rounds. Eventually, I hope to get my time under 20 minutes. However, my 500-meter row time doesn't have much more room for improvement, so my only shot is to work on improving my running speed (which, sadly, isn't easy to do when your legs are wrecked from rowing).
