Tuesday's Workout

This morning's workout was short (but for me, brutal): Row 2000 meters.


Despite having devoured a crapload of online articles about building my rowing capacity/speed/technique/efficiency, my rowing remains sucktastic. But I'm determined to improve. One of my short-term goals is to row 2000 meters in 8 minutes or less -- something that most reasonably conditioned guys can do, but not me. Not yet, anyway.

My time today: 8:16. Boo.
