AMRAP (As Many Rounds As Possible) in 10 minutes:
- 3 dumbbell renegade rows per arm
- 6 dumbbell burpees
- 9 dumbbell cleans
I was 6 cleans shy of finishing seven rounds when the 10 minutes were up. And thank God, because I'm confident my arms would have sheared right off if I'd tried to complete the final few cleans.
