Saturday's Workout
My entire workout took precisely 7 minutes and 50 seconds today:
10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1:
24" plyo box jumps (my new
plyo boxes from Rogue Fitness
arrived today)
5 pistols (each leg)
And then we went to
Manresa
and had a 4-hour meal.
