- 1 pound ground lamb
- 1 1/4 tablespoon salt
- 4 cloves garlic, smashed
- 3 tablespoons grated onion
- 2 tablespoons chopped cilantro
- 1 tablespoon chopped mint
- 1 tablespoon ground coriander
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon grated ginger
- Ground black pepper
- Olive oil
Fire up the grill or heat a grill pan to medium, and brush the grill or pan with the oil. Grill the kebabs for about 6 minutes or until they're just cooked through, turning occasionally. Serve with Greek style yogurt or tzatziki.
