100 Pull-Ups

It's the beginning of my final recovery week, but just for shit 'n giggles, I did 100 pull-ups today. Not all at once, of course -- I did them in sets of 10 or 15 reps each time I stepped into the garage and saw my pull-up bar.

It's a hell of a lot easier to crank out pull-ups when there's zero pressure to do them in the first place.
