Friday's Workout

Yesterday's class consisted of gymnastics practice (L-sits, skin-the-cats, and muscle-up progressions) before moving on to a quick metcon:

7 rounds for time:
  • 7 dumbbell push-presses (45lbs/30lbs)
  • 7 chest-to-bar pull-ups
Result: 7:34


After the first two rounds, I was no longer able to string together the chest-to-bar pull-ups. By the final round, I was down to singles. 

On the plus side: there was no rowing.
